Create with clay - 26/3, 17:30-20:30

Welcome to a basic course in clay with free creation in our ceramics studio at Chapmans torg, Gothenburg.

During three creative hours you will try creating your own ceramics with your hands. The workshop includes an introduction with a review of suitable techniques for how you can realize your ideas.

If you want, you can bring your own drink. ( No red because of the light wooden table)

Techniques: Tumbling/rolling/free-forming (note no twisting)

Location: Moja Ceramics Studio in Majorna (Karl Johansgatan 55)
Number of items we burn: maximum 3 pieces/person that will fit on your worktop.
Size restrictions: Max 20 cm high/wide
Age restriction: Children over 10 years old are welcome if accompanied and participating adult.

Each person gets unlimited clay to create and work with. When the evening is over, you choose up to 3 favorites that will all fit on your worktop, which we then glaze in the desired color and fire in our pottery kiln at a later date. Leftover clay is recycled in the workshop so nothing goes to waste.
