RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - ACCORDING TO THE ACT ON DISTANCE CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS OUTSIDE BUSINESS PREMISES (DAL)

When you shop in the webshop, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (DAL). This means that if you buy an item in our webshop, you have the opportunity to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The cancellation period begins on the day you receive the item. If you cancel your purchase and send a product back to us, we will refund your purchase price (order value excluding any shipping costs) no later than 10 days from receipt of the return. If you have chosen Klarna's payment services, Klarna will take care of the refund. When you shop in the webshop, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (DAL). The consumer is responsible for the risk of return shipping; this risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

When you book a workshop, course, other event or product with us, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period according to law (2005:59). This cooling-off period starts from the moment payment and binding contract have been made. If you decide to cancel within these 14 days, the total course fee will be refunded to you. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at hej@mojakeramik.se.

Booking a course starting within 14 days
 If you book a workshop that starts within the 14 days, you waive your right to cancel and are instead referred to our cancellation terms.

CANCELLATION

  • If cancelled earlier than 14 days before the start of the course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • If cancelled 8-14 days before the start of the course, 75% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel 3-7 days before the start of the course, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • If cancelled less than 3 days before the event, only 25% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel your visit without prior notice, the fee will not be refunded.

CANCELLED OR CHANGED COURSES

We reserve the right to cancel workshops and courses if there are too few participants or if we are unable to hold the course for any other reason. Should this happen, you will be refunded in full.

COMPLAINT

If you are dissatisfied with a workshop, course, product or other service, we hope that you will first contact us at hej@mojakeramik.se to try to resolve the situation together. Should we not agree, you can contact the General Complaints Board (ARN).
